the staff was helpful enough (i guess).
The noise was awful all night. i could hear everything happening outside because the windows offered no soundproofing at all. even worse, the room was tiny. The bathroom seemed like it was built for someone much smaller than me (i barely fit!).

The location is near the Gare du Nord station, convenient.
The room was small. I think it was roughly 8 square meters including the bathroom. The bathroom was also tiny. The shower was so cramped, even children would struggle to get in (i'm not kidding). The double bed sagged in the middle, and I woke up with a Stiff neck.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just opposite gare du nord and the metro station, allowing quick access to different parts of the city. the staff were consistently friendly. the room had a good view. i found it to be a good value.

the staff was very cute and helpful with directions. aashkin, the indian receptionist, was particularly attentive. arthur, who served breakfast, was also very kind and provided excellent service each morning.

my single room included a bed, a desk, and a tv. the private shower room was functional. the room was clean and the sheets were fresh. i also had a gorgeous view.

the hotel is near public transport, including both train and metro lines. this made getting around the city very easy. the ease of access greatly enhanced my overall experience.

breakfast included coffee, one croissant, bread, marmalade, butter, orange juice, and apples. the breakfast room was clean and well kept. i found it a good start to the day.

The room needed some serious help. The bathroom ceiling had exposed electrical wires. I'm no electrician, but that looked dodgy! my friend asked for a replacement towel after dropping hers, but the staff refused. Apparently, one towel is all you get. Even with accidents
